- 15 ml rose water

Preparation:
Put the gin, rose water, lemon juice and the sugar water together in a cocktail shaker. The egg whites can optionally be added here. For the decoration(And it really makes a difference!): Fill a deep plate with approx. 150 g of sugar for the orange sugar edge. Mix in a tablespoon of finely grated, dried orange peel. Fill a second deep plate with some orange juice. Dive a wine glass with the edge into the orange juice (approx. 0.5 cm), drain a little and then duck directly into the sugar. Turn the glass back and forth, then put it back and let the sugar edge dry for about 15 minutes.
For the drink: Mix the mangoes with orange and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice cubes and orange disks. Pour the juice mixture into the glass and pour in Prosecco. Finally decorate with fresh mint and enjoy.
