How do you prefer to make yourself comfortable at home after a long day? For me, nothing works over a creamy soup to make me happy.
In soups, most people think of a clear broth with a little insert. However, our creamy gnocchi soup with chicken is much more than that. It is so wonderfully creamy and filling thanks to the small potato dumplings, which really all get their money's worth here.
Recipe for creamy gnocchi soup with chicken
Crunchy vegetables also come to our creamy gnocchi soup with chicken. In addition to carrot and celery that are more typical for soups, mushrooms and baby spinach also come. If this should not exist in the supermarket, you can also use small -cut leaf spinach here. And when all the knits tear, there is usually also frozen.
You need these ingredients for 4 portions:
- 150 g Pilze (z.B. Champignons)
- 100 g carrots
- 50 g of celery
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 The Margarine
- 300 g chicken breast
- 2 The Mehl
- 1 liter of poultry broth
- 500 g gnocchi (from the cooling shelf)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 beaker fresh cream
- 1 TL Thymian
- 1 TL Majoran
- 1 pinch of paprika powder
- 1 praise nutmeg
- Salt & pepper
- 2 Hand voltage baby spinet
And so the preparation succeeds:
1. First clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Dice the carrots and celery. Pull off the onion and garlic and chop finely. Duck the chicken dry and cut them into small pieces.
2. Melt the margarine in the pot and fry the chicken in it. Then add the vegetables and sweat everything in it. Dust with flour and then deglaze with vegetable broth. Add cream and crème fraîche. Then add the gnocchi.
3. Let everything simmer and taste with the spices. Now just read the spinach and stir in. Simmer a little more until the desired consistency is reached and enjoy. Enjoy yourself.
