Do you fancy a delicious but also balanced lunch? Then try our oatmeal and vegetable brats.

Regardless of whether you want to conjure up a quick evening or lunch, look for a smart side dish or are just curious how you can prepare oatmeal differently- this recipe is made for you. Because oatmeal doesn't only taste really good for breakfast.

Gripped carrots and quark ensure that these brats become super juicy. Spring onions, parsley and curry powder give the whole the spice. And our insider tip: stir a little grated cheese under the dough. This melts when searing and pulls delicious cheese threads when biting off.
