Sometimes it just needs an uncomplicated recipe that really makes something-and that is exactly what the gratinated orchlings are delivering! This dish is perfect if you want to conjure up something sophisticated on the table after a stressful day, which is quick and still impresses.

The delicate leek in combination with juicy turkey schnitzel and baked cheese ensures an unbeatable flavor combination. If you don't eat low carb, a fresh baguette is enough, and the feel -good dish for the whole family is ready. And best of all: it is also easy for beginners to implement!

Recipe for baked turkey schnitzel with leek

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 small rod leek (leek)
  • 1 stem oregano
  • 2 Putschnitzel (South C. 150 g)
  • 60 g Speckwürfel
  • 100 g of whipped cream
  • 60 g grated gouda
  • 1 kills
  • Salt
  • Pfeffer
  • 50 ml vegetable broth

And that's so easy:

1. Wash the leek and cut them into rings. Wash oregano, pluck leaves. Heat the oil in a pan, tap the turkey schnitzel gently flat and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, remove it and place in a baking dish (approx. 25 x 20 cm).

2. Steam the lug with bacon in the hot fried fat for about 5 minutes. Deglaze with cream and broth, simmer for 1–2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and put it into the baking dish over the schnitzel.

3. Sprinkle the schnitzel with cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric stove: 220 ° C, circulating air: 200 ° C, gas: level 4) for about 10 minutes. Garnish with oregano and serve.
