Ingredients for 1 filling quantity

  • 100 g berry mix (frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml milk, or plant-based alternative (e.g. oat milk)
  • Optional: Neutral protein powder for more creaminess (e.g. E.g. this one from Amazon*)
  • Sweetness of your choice
  • Toppings: e.g. B. Granola, chia seeds, blueberries, coconut flakes or nuts

Preparation:

1. Put the banana in the creami container and mash it with a fork. Then add the remaining ingredients – stir well!

2. Seal the container and place in the freezer for 24 hours.

3. After 24 hours, take the container out of the freezer and process it into a creamy mass in the Ninja Creami using the “Smoothie Bowl” program.

Ingredients for 1 filling quantity:

  • 150 g mango (frozen)
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 100 ml coconut milk

  • Sweetness of your choice
  • Toppings: e.g. B. Granola, blueberries, chia seeds, etc.

Preparation:

  • Toppings: e.g. E.g. granola, chia seeds, fruits, coconut flakes or nuts

Preparation:

1. Put the banana in the container and mash it with a fork.

2. Add the frozen pineapple, coconut yogurt, protein, spirulina powder and sweetener of your choice & stir everything well.

2. Seal the container and place in the freezer for 24 hours.

3. After 24 hours, take the container out of the freezer and process it into a creamy mass in the Ninja Creami using the “Smoothie Bowl” program.
