Do you know that? Your alarm goes off in the morning and before you know it, you're already late. Breakfast? Is somehow improvised along the way or skipped straight away. I felt the same way for a long time - until I discovered my absolute breakfast savior:Overnight Oats.

I prepare them the evening before, put them in the fridge, and the next morning I have a filling, delicious breakfast waiting for me.

By the way: Soaking the oat flakes is not only practical, but also healthy. Oatmeal contains phytic acid, which can inhibit the absorption of nutrients and vitamins. When you soak the flakes (30 minutes is enough), phystase is produced, an enzyme that helps break down phytic acid.
