Tradition is good and good, but sometimes it can be a little more unusual. We have therefore given an Italian classic a new robe.
I ate this sauerkraut lasagna for the first time with a friend. She had often told us about the unusual recipe, but I could never really imagine how it should taste. Until she sat down our doubts and invited us to home for tasting.
The first impression: it smelled delicious, so the water ran together in our mouth when we entered the apartment. After the first bite we were completely convinced: this lasagna can do something.
Also delicious:
So it was clear that I would bake her at home myself and that I was convincing friends and family from her - a real snowball principle. In the meantime I have already cooked the sauerkraut lasagna. You can easily replace minced meat, sour cream and cheese for vegan replacement products.
