Refreshingly different: Swedish recipe for potato salad
If you just want to keep the potato salad traditional, or don't like apples and radishes that much, you can of course leave these ingredients out. The salad tastes particularly good with fish.
Ingredients for approx. 4 servings:
- 500 g small potatoes (e.g. triplets)
- 1/2 sweet apple
- 3-4 radishes
- several sprigs of dill
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 THE Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
And this is how the preparation works:
1. Wash the triplets well, if you use other (larger) potatoes, peel them. Cook in plenty of salted water until al dente. Then let it cool thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Clean and slice the radishes. Peel the apple (Buy a peeler on Amazon here*) and dice small. Wash and finely chop the dill.
3. For the dressing, mix the sour cream with mayonnaise and dill, season with salt and pepper.
4. Finally, mix the potatoes with the remaining ingredients and stir in the sauce. Let it cool well in the fridge before serving.
