Flash recipe: pasta casserole with spinach

I like to use TK spinach for the recipe because I often have it in the house and I don't have to buy extra for cooking. You can of course also prepare the recipe with fresh leaf spinach. The vegetables for it bends together with the garlic.

Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:

  • 500 g nudeln (z. B. Penne)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 80 g parmesan, grated
  • 250 ml Sahne
  • 500 g Rahmspinat, TK
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 TL nutmeg, grated
  • 150 g of rubble cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

And the casserole succeeds as simple as:

1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water al dente. Drain about 2-3 minutes earlier than indicated on the package instructions. The oven on180 degrees top/bottom heatPreheat.

2. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Then braise olive oil in a pan with a dash. Add the TK spinach and let it thaw slowly. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix the cream cheese with parmesan, cream and the egg yolks in a separate bowl. Season with nutmeg.

4. Put the noodles in a greased baking dish, add the spinach and mix well. Finally pour the sauce over and sprinkle the rubble. For approx.25-30 minutesBaked golden brown. Bon appetit!

Pimpen pasta casserole with spinach

If the pasta casserole with cream spinach is too simple, you can easily modify the delicacies with a few extra ingredients.

Add pine nuts, breadcrumbs or roasted onions as crispy topping, for example!
