You can't choose between cheese and crumble cakes? Then simply combine the two treats in a muffin!

A biscuit combination for kneel down! In this muffin, two of my favorite cake varieties come together. The buttrigy-sweet crumble of the crumble cake and a heavenly cheesecake cream in the middle.

The best thing about the delicious mini cake is that they are made so super quickly and still really do something. You are guaranteed to surprise your loved ones at the next coffee party, birthday or family celebration.

Cheesecake muffins with sprinkles

A few fresh blueberries in the dough and the small cakes get a fruity note. But also like to try it out with other fruits, for example with apple pieces or raspberries. The crumble cheesecake muffins also taste without it, of course, simply tasty.

Ingredients for approx. 12 pieces:
For the sprinkles

  • 250 g Mehl
  • 1 egg (size m)
  • 130 g Butter
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 1 PCK. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the cheesecake cream

  • 400 g of lean curd
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 TL lemon abrasion
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 PCK. Pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 150 g melted butter
  • Optional: 100 g of fresh blueberries

This is how the preparation succeeds:

1. The oven on180 degrees top/bottom heatPreheat. Line a 12 muffin sheet with paper shapes.

2. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer for the crumble dough. Add the egg, stir well. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix and then knead with your hands until a gross crumbs are created.

3. Remove half of the crumble dough and split it into the muffin shapes. With your fingers slightly as a floor.

4. For the cheesecake filling, stir the lean curd with cream cheese and sugar. Melt butter and add it while stirring. Submix the eggs individually. Finally add lemon abrasion and pudding powder.

5. Now fill the creamy filling evenly into the muffin shapes and optionally spread fresh blueberries on top. Finally, crumble the rest of the crumbs on top and for about25 minutesBake in the oven.

6. Place the finished muffins for cooling in their tins on a grid. To serve, dust with powdered sugar on request and enjoy!
