- 200 g wheat flour
- 75 g butter, soft

5. In the meantime, prepare meringue. Beat the protein with powdered sugar until stiff and for the time being cold. Spread the egg whites evenly on the cake after the baking time. Push the whole thing back into the oven andten minutesbake.
