Spring wreaths can easily be made from pussy willows and can be used to decorate windows, doors and tables. If you want to make a pussy willow wreath yourself, you will need a bunch of willow branches, a wire ring and floral wire. Please note, however, that the pussy willows are protected and may not be picked in the wild.The pretty branchesyou just have to buy it from the florist.
Cut the branches a little shorter and tie them to the wire ring with the floral wire. Heart-shaped wreaths are very popular. Decorate this wreath with flowers and ribbon to make it even more interesting. Blue violets, grape hyacinths, tulips and daffodils go well with the white pussy willows. A wide pink ribbon would freshen up the spring wreath nicely.
But you don't always have to use the whole branches for decoration, just the fluffy kittens. They can be easily separated from the branch and then attached piece by piece to a Styrofoam heart with hot glue.
