All activities should be supervised by an adult.

Macaroni noodles
Small gold glitter stickers
EXTRA STRONG Glue - A sticky glue is great for gluing macaroni as it is stronger and more durable. Hot glue also works well (adult help required)
White photo cardboard
Acrylic paint – green, white, red and gold
cardboard
Bindfad

How to Make Noodle Christmas Trees:

  • Paint the noodles. Put a bunch of noodles in a bag and then add the dye. Alternatively, children can glue the pasta on and an adult can spray paint on the finished pieces.
  • Draw a triangle shape out of cardboard. Cut out the triangle shape.
  • Start by gluing the noodles onto the cardboard. When gluing, start either from the top or bottom. It's helpful ifyour designlay it out first to make sure it fits. Glue each piece, being generous with the glue. Make sure you give the noodles enough time to dry before touching or moving them.
  • Add a gold glitter star to the top of the ornament.
  • Cut out a small rectangular piece of cardboard for the trunk and glue the cardboard to the bottom of the tree.
  • Finally, glue a piece of string to the back.

Ornamental frame crafts for Christmas

Transform an old frame into a pretty jewelry frame. Remove the glass and back panel of the frame and clean it thoroughly. Spray the frame green in even coats and allow to dry. Then cut three pieces of ribbon or cord twice the length you want to hang the ornaments. Thread the ornaments onto the ribbon and hot glue the ends to the top back of the frame, trimming off the excess. Finally, attach a loop to the front of the frame with hot glue.

Christmas crafts with kids: Jingle Bell Swag

This is how it's done:String large jingle bells onto three ribbons; tie one end of the ribbon. Tie the unknotted end around a small wreath form or a piece of wire shaped into a circle. Tie and secure a small bouquet of seasonal greeneryon the wreath or circle shape. Then tie an oversized bow and attach it to the wire directly above the greenery with hot glue.
