1. Starting on all fours, bring the sole of your left foot to the inside of your right thigh.
2. Lift your buttocks and extend your right leg far behind you. Stay centered and gently bend forward so that your chest sinks towards the mat (bed). Optionally, you can place a pillow in front of you and rest your forehead on it.
3. Extend your arms forward, elbows slightly bent. Hold the position for 8 to 10 breaths.
4. Push yourself back up to the starting position. Switch legs and repeat the exercise.
