Remodel your apartment: Functional room layout ensures more living comfort

Would you like to renovate your apartment and are you looking for functional and stylish ideas? Be inspired by the new project by the renowned architectural firm “CoDa arquitetos”. With a flair for interior design, the talented architects transformed an old apartment in Brazil into a modern retreat. During the renovation, they skilfully combined the furnishing principles from the region with a purist wall and ceiling design. The end result impresses with a clever living concept and beautiful color scheme. The practical room layout ensures more living comfort, the successful combination of light green and cream creates an inviting ambience and the creative ceiling design sets accents.

Remodel your apartment: Wall unit fulfills several functions

In order to fulfill the customer's wishes, the architects completely redesigned the old apartment. The builders opted for an open floor plan. The hallway, living room, dining room and family kitchen therefore flow seamlessly into one another. The spacious living area that is created is sparsely but very stylishly furnished. A floor-to-ceiling wall unit serves as a unique room divider. It visually separates the living area from the adjoining lounge area with balconyOutdoor kitchenand offers plenty of storage space. The wall unit is not only a practical addition to the interior, but also looks good. The cupboard doors without handles, the minimalist design language and the light green color make them a real eye-catcher.

The interior designers have designed the living spaces according to the motto “Less is more”.puristically furnished. The furniture is focused on the essentials. A dining area with a glass table and four chairs in Scandinavian style flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen-living room. The kitchen landscape is a minimalist work of art in itself: the handle-free fronts fit harmoniously into the overall living space. The white tile backsplash also gives the kitchen a modern look.

Right next to the wall unit, a comfortable lounge area invites you to linger. Large sliding glass doors allow abundant sunlight into the interior and create a seamless transition between the glazed balcony and the interior. The comfortable seating area offers enough space for the family and their guests. So nothing stands in the way of pleasant evenings with friends and relatives.

The room flooded with light appears thanks to one thingneutral color schemeinviting and cozy. The ceiling gives the interior an industrial touch, the floorboards with their attractive grain loosen up the purist design. The area is sparingly decorated - a modern picture hangs above the sofa and creates a connection to the adjoining living room. In the adjoining glazed balcony, houseplants add variety.

The covered and glazed balcony has a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a grill. A wall shelf offers space for other plants and also the opportunity to create a herb garden. The glazing allows a distant view.

The rooms with a living space of 104 square meters also have a bedroom, a guest room/home office and two bathrooms. All other rooms are also puristic and economical, but very stylishly furnished.
