Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix whole wheat flour, wheat flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk buttermilk, eggs and honey together in another bowl.
- Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring constantly.

- 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

Make your own pizza dough:
- Crumble the yeast in 300 ml of warm water, add the sugar and stir well. Let stand for 5 minutes.

- 240 ml freshly brewed coffee

- 220 Gramm Butter
- 350 grams of powdered sugar
- 170 grams of dark chocolate, melted and cooled

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate, butter and olive oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Mix cocoa powder, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Mix eggs, egg yolks, sour cream, milk and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix together.

- Stir in the coffee and let the dough rest for a minute.

- For the frosting, beat the butter with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Reduce the speed and gradually add the powdered sugar. Stir for another 2 minutes.
