Super fruity, light and wonderfully refreshing – this raspberry sangria as an Easter aperitif is guaranteed to put you in a good mood.

Ingredients raspberry syrup:

  • 250 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 60ml water
  • 25 grams of sugar

Sangria:

  • 250 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 1 bottle of 750 ml rosé wine
  • 240 ml sparkling water
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin slices

Preparation:

  • To make the syrup, bring raspberries, water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened.
  • Allow to cool briefly and sieve through a sieve.
  • For the sangria, mix the syrup with the raspberries, lemon slices and wine in a jug and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Add sparkling water, stir and voilà – delicious drinks can be prepared so quickly for Easter!

Peach Prosecco aperitif for Easter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml Gin
  • 200 ml Rosa-Gin
  • 100 ml sparkling wine
  • 40 grams of raspberries
  • mineral water
  • Ice cubes

Zuckersirup:

  • 200 grams rhubarb, peeled and chopped finely
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated

Preparation:

  • Bring the syrup ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened, 5-6 minutes.
  • Strain through a fine sieve and allow to cool completely.
  • Mash the raspberries in a bowl and distribute among the glasses.
  • Pour the gin, rhubarb gin, sparkling wine and syrup into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  • Pour over the raspberries and top up with soda water. And your cocktail with rhubarb is ready!
