Healthy granola bars, prepared without baking
These granola bars are healthy and delicious and don't need to be baked. They take just 10 minutes to prepare and instead of baking in the oven, they need to be shaped in the fridge instead. You need the following ingredients:
- 320 g gluten-free organic oat flakes
- 100 g Almond mousse
- 90 g Honig
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 30 g dark chocolate shavings
- 30 g Coconut Flock
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan over very low heat, melt the almond butter and honey. Make sure it doesn't get too hot; a low temperature is enough to liquefy the ingredients. Then take the pot off the heat and set it aside.
- Put all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, mix together and top with the melted almond butter and honey. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Now take a rectangular baking dish and pour the contents of the bowl into it. Press everything down so that it forms an even layer in the baking dish. This is necessary to get the shape of the bars.
- Now let the mixture cool in the fridge for about an hour and then cut it into bars of the desired size. Enjoy your meal and have fun trying it out!
