– 5 tbsp brown sugar
– 5 tbsp sugar
– 1/2 tbsp fresh black pepper
– 1/2 tbsp onion powder
– 1/2 EL Senfpulver
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 EL Worcestershiresauce

Put all the products in a pot, stir them together well and bring to the boil over medium heat. Then turn the heat to low so that the sauce simmers. Let the sauce cook in this way for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring periodically.

– 3 Guajillo chili peppers
– 3 poblano peppers
– 1/2 medium onion in strips
– 6 unpeeled garlic cloves

– 1 cup tomato puree
– 1 cup of strong, black coffee
– 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 pinch of garlic powder
– 1 pinch of cumin
– 2 tsp apple cider

Deseed the chili and peppers and roast them in a dry pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Put them in a fireproof bowl full of hot water and let them soften. This takes about 30 minutes, after which you remove them from the water and drain them in a bowl. Save the drained water. Crush the pods. While you wait 30 minutes, you can chop the onions. Then roast these together with the unpeeled cloves in the same pan for 8 minutes and again over medium heat. For this example of barbecue sauce recipes, the onions should be slightly blackened and the garlic should be soft. You can now simply peel off the skin of the garlic. Puree both ingredients. You can add up to 3/4 cup of water.

– 3 tbsp soy sauce

– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp guar gum
– 2 tsp paprika powder
– 1 tsp fennel seeds
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the onions and garlic. Stirring constantly, they should get a golden color. Add the paprika powder, fennel seeds, apples, cumin and rosemary and stir everything together well. Let everything simmer under a lid for 5 minutes until the apples become soft. Add the tomatoes, molasses, vinegar and soy sauce and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until a thick liquid forms. Add this liquid to a blender to make a puree. If necessary, you may need to add another 1/4 cup of water.

BBQ sauce with grapes

– 2 cups seedless red grapes
– 1 cup of water
– 1/2 Cup Ketchup
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 EL Dijon Senf
– 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
– 2 bay leaves

Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. The barbecue sauce should be thick. For this purpose it must be cooked for between 20 and 30 minutes. If you are satisfied with the consistency, you can remove the pot from the stove. The bay leaves are removed and you can serve the sauce cold or warm.

Senfsauce

– 3/4 Cup Ketchup
– 1/4 cup hot mustard
– 2 EL Sriracha-Sauce
– 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1 finely chopped shallot
– 1 finely chopped garlic clove
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– Salt and pepper

After bringing the ingredients to a boil in a pot, let them simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. The barbecue sauce is best consumed when cooled.
