Large salmon in the oven with honey mustard glaze
And here is another variant for preparing salmon in aluminum foil, but with a different type of glaze. In a small saucepan, mix honey, mustard, butter, garlic and lemon until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Then spread the butter and honey mixture evenly over the salmon with a spoon. The preparation and cooking time are the same as described in the previous recipe.
Ingredients for 8 servings:
1/3 cup (115g) honey
1/4 Tasse (60 g) Butter
1/4 cup (60 g) whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons smooth and mild Dijon mustard
5 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1,2 kg Lachsseite
Salt for seasoning
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Optional: lemon slices
Optional: 1/4-1/2 teaspoon chili powder (or cayenne pepper)
