For the cake:

  • 250 g Flour

  • 3 tsp baking powder

For the cream:

  • 200 g Marshmallow-Creme
  • 225g Stage
  • 200 – 300 g powdered sugar (or more if necessary)
  • 2 tsp grated orange peel (or lemon peel)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, then stir in the lemonade and oil until smooth.
