Easter, it's that time again! Much to the delight of all children and even one or two adults with a sweet tooth, egg hunting in the garden, a coffee party, a barbecue with the family - to celebrate the popular holiday. But what do we serve at the Easter party? Uncle Hans likes eggnog desserts, for the children it has to be something chocolaty without eggnog, Aunt Kerstin is vegan and Uwe prefers vanilla cream... How about a small, sweet Easter dessert in a glass? There is something for everyone, the cake is practically in a glass, they can be brought to the party as small souvenirs and varied.
Easter dessert in a glass: strawberry and rice pudding layered dessert
For this fruity dessert you need the following ingredients:
- 400 g rice pudding
- 250g Stage
- 400g strawberries
- white chocolate flakes
How to prepare it:
- Prepare rice pudding first or use a ready-made product. When the rice pudding has cooled, put it in the blender and grind the mixture until small.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the rice pudding.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator to cool.
- Puree the strawberries, leaving some whole fruit for garnish.
- Now distribute the pureed strawberries as the bottom layer in the glasses. About a quarter to a third of the glass should be covered.
- Now add the next layer, the rice pudding cream layer on top.
- As the top layer, sprinkle the white chocolate flakes on top as well as some strawberries and, if you like, a fewFresh mint leaves. Bon appetit!
Chocolate Mousse im Glas
The elegant classic that cannot be missed. You can also make this cream with milk chocolate, or with two different types of chocolate, which you then layer on top of each other. For this chocolate mousse you need the following ingredients:
- 300 g dark organic chocolate 70%
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 4 fresh organic egg yolks
- 250 ml Sahne
- 50 g organic powdered cane sugar
- Some extra cream and chocolate sprinkles for garnish
- 6 glasses of your choice
Preparation:
- Heat the chocolate, stirring, in a container over a hot water bath until it is melted and liquid. Set aside to cool for five minutes.
- Take another container and mix the honey, four egg yolks and three tablespoons of warm water.
- Now mix this mixture with the liquid chocolate.
- Mix the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff and carefully fold it into the chocolate mixture. Don't mix them too much. It should remain airy and loose.
- Already finished! Divide the mousse into 6 to eight glasses, add a layer of cream if desired and sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles on top.
- Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. Bon appetite!
Eggnog chocolate glass
For the eggnog chocolate dessert you need the following ingredients:
- 200g Stage
- 250 g Quark
- 200 g ladyfingers or other cookies
- 200 ml eggnog
- 3 tablespoons whole milk or dark chocolate shavings
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
How to prepare the chocolate eggnog layered dessert:
- Crumble the ladyfingers in a bowl and mix them with 3 tablespoons of eggnog, the 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and half of the chocolate shavings. Set them aside.
- Stirthe quarkcreamy and add the eggnog. Whip the cream and carefully fold it into the mixture.
- Now fill the glasses with a smaller layer of the chocolate eggnog biscuit mixture, then a larger portion of the eggnog curd cream cream and sprinkle all the glasses with chocolate shavings.
Fitness blueberry glass jar with coconut yoghurt and honey vegan
This recipe is suitable for vegans, fitness enthusiasts, people on a diet and of course also for children. Ingredients:
- 500g coconut yoghurt
- 6 tbsp Heidelbeer marmalade
- 100g crunchy muesli without sugar
- 350 g fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation:
- Puree half of the blueberries and mix them with theYoghurt and with the honey.
- Prepare the glasses and start filling them. First a layer of yoghurt-blueberry mixture, then some crunchy muesli in each glass and then some blueberry jam.
- Mix the remaining yogurt with the whole blueberries, leaving some for garnish. Add the yoghurt-blueberry layer on top and garnish with blueberries as the final layer.
Easter dessert in a glass: raspberry vanilla shot with amarettini
Ingredients you need for this recipe:
- 300g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 500g Vanillepudding
- 200g vanilla sauce
- 200 g Amarettini-Kekse
- Sugar pearls as decoration
How to prepare it:
- Puree and mix the raspberries and the amarettini cookies. Add this mixture to the jars as the first layer. It should fill a quarter to a third of the glass.
- Mix the vanilla pudding and vanilla sauce. You can use ready-made products for this or prepare it yourself in advance. If you make your own pudding and gravy, be sure to let it cool before dividing it into the jars.
- As a top layer, add colorful edible sugar pearls to the layered dessert as decoration.
