- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
- For the caramel sauceMelt and caramelize the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add butter and mix well until melted. Gradually add the cream and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
- Heat half of the caramel sauce in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Place yogurt and almond milk in a small bowl and mix with the hot caramel sauce.
- Add the remaining caramel sauce and mix everything well.
