Prepare cauliflower Polish – A recipe
Now let's finally get to the recipe. You'll be amazed at how easy Polish cauliflower is to make, and the best part is that you probably already have the necessary produce at home. This makes the recipe perfect for a spontaneous cooking event! The Polish-style florets are so easy to prepare:
For 2 servings:

- 1 organic lemon
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 600g cauliflower
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper

Heat salted water in a pot, wash the cauliflower, divide it into florets and cook, covered, for about 9 minutes (then drain them). At the same time, you also hard boil the egg for the same amount of time. In the meantime, wash the lemon with hot water and scrape the peel very thinly with a potato peeler. Then cut the peel into very thin strips and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Wash and shake the parsley dry, pick off the leaves and chop them finely.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the breadcrumbs until crispy. In the meantime, you can quench the egg, peel it and cut it into small pieces.
