Quinoa Patties Recipe – These tasty vegetarian treats are worth it!

Quinoa patties recipe – the ingredients

The following ingredients are required for the tasty meatballs:

300 g cooked quinoa (room temperature)
4 Owner
Salt
Pfeffer
30g spring onions
30g yellow onions
50 g Parmesan
2-3 cloves of garlic
100g breadcrumbs

Prepare quinoa patties

This is how the quinoa meatballs are prepared:

First beat the eggs in a bowl.

Finely chop the spring onions, yellow onions and peeled garlic.

Place the quinoa, eggs, green and yellow onions in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Then grate the Parmesan cheese.

Add the breadcrumbs.

Mix everything well and let the mixture rest for a few minutes.

Heat oil in a pan.

Wet your hands, scoop some of the mixture and form small quinoa patties out of it.

Place the quinoa meatballs in the hot fat and fry them on both sides until golden brown. This will take about 5 minutes per side.

Serve the quinoa meatballs hot or cold with garnish of your choice.
