Ingredients for 6-8 servings:

  • 450 Grams Rigatoni
  • 700 grams of ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 300 grams of diced canned tomatoes
  • 400 Gramm Marinara-Sauce
  • 240 Grams Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté onions for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in the diced tomatoes and marinara sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and cook for 5-8 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano, thyme and paprika powder
  • Vegan mozzarella for sprinkling
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  • Let the soy granules steep in a pot with boiling water for 5-10 minutes until they become soft. Drain through a sieve and squeeze out any remaining water well.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Put the parmesan in the mixing bowl and grate for 8 seconds/speed setting 10. Set aside
  • Halve the garlic and onion, place in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 5.
