Ingredients:
- 700 grams shrimp, peeled
- 300 Gramm Mayonnaise
- 2 THE Dijon-Senf
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped small
- 1 lemon
- 2 THE DILL
- Salt and pepper to taste
You can of course adapt the ingredients to your own taste. If you're not a big fan of celery, you can replace it with bell pepper or cucumber, for example.
Preparation:
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove and chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, white wine vinegar, dill, salt and pepper together well. Then add the shrimp, onion and celery and stir everything together again. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients:
- 400 Gramm Shrimps
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- Leaf lettuce
- 1 Avocado
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 stalks of thyme
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 5 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash and quarter the peppers.Clean the zucchini and cut into thin slicescut. Peel and halve the garlic. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
- Brush a grill pan with a little oil and grill the peppers and zucchini for 2 minutes on each side.
- Grill the shrimp for about 8 minutes, turning constantly. Add garlic and thyme leaves.
- Mix mustard and vinegar, add olive oil and season.
- Place the lettuce, vegetables, avocado and shrimp in a bowl and toss with the dressing.

Ingredients:
- 400 Gramm Shrimps
- 250 Gramm Couscous
- 1 large onion
- 1 cucumber
- 100 grams of feta cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 grams of pine nuts
- 3 stalks of parsley
- Fresh thyme and oregano
- The juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the onion into thick slices and fry it in a pan. Add the pine nuts, stir briefly and remove.
- Bring 250 ml water to the boil with 1 tablespoon oil and add couscous. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add pine nuts and onions. Season with lime juice, salt, pepper and herbs and set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the shrimp for about 3-5 minutes while turning.
- Add the cucumbers, feta cheese and shrimp to the couscous and mix well.

- 500 Gramm Shrimps
- 100 grams of sour cream
- 6 THE Mayonnaise
- 1 EL Worcestersoße

- 1 TL Tabasco Sauce
- 2 stalks of dill, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Leaf lettuce, washed and chopped into small pieces
Preparation:
- Bring water to the boil in a pot, add shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.

- 100 grams of whole grain rice

Preparation:
- Wash the zucchini and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain the corn well in a sieve.

Ingredients shrimp:
- 400 Gramm Shrimps
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, chili powder and ground cumin
Avocado Sauce:
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt, pepper and fresh coriander
Coriander sauce:
- 150 grams of sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Preparation instructions would be unnecessary here - just mix everything together and stir.
Preparation:
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic and spices. Add shrimp, cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Then fry in a pan for 5 minutes and season with lime juice.
- Avocado Sauce:Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge.
- First spread the taco shells with avocado salsa, spread the shrimp on top and drizzle with coriander sauce.

Ingredients:
- 300 Gramm Shrimps
- 200 grams of soba noodles
- 100 grams of shiitake mushrooms
- 1 root Paprika
- 2 stalks of spring onions
- 1 lime
- 20 grams of roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 EL Honig
- 1 tbsp each of soy, fish and chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation:
- Chop garlic finely. Mix with honey, peanut butter, sesame oil, soy, fish and chili sauce and 3 tablespoons of water until smooth.
- Finely chop shiitake mushrooms, peppers and spring onions.
- Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok pan and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Fry mushrooms and peppers for about 2 minutes. Add the honey-peanut mixture, shrimp, soba noodles and spring onions.
- Garnish with peanuts and enjoy!
Low carb shrimp recipes – stuffed zucchini

- 2 large zucchini
- 400 Gramm Shrimps
- 150 grams of marinated artichoke hearts

Preparation:
- Wash the zucchini and cut in half lengthways. Hollow out the zucchini halves with a spoon and cut the flesh into small pieces.
