The first recipe is for a delicious Italian soupwith beansand lenses. Here are the necessary ingredients. Please layer them in the order listed in a 450ml jam jar.

  • Spice mix of 2 teaspoons basil, 2 teaspoons oregano, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram and 1/2 teaspoon sage. All spices should be dried. Mix the spices and pour them into the jar first

  • 75g white beans
  • 75g green lentils

  1. Pour 1 liter of water into a pot
  2. Pour the contents of the jam jar into the pot
  3. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 90 minutes
  4. Add the canned tomatoes and season with salt. Simmer for another 15 minutes

Give the gift of soup in a glass: recipe with quinoa, black beans and beef

These are the ingredients for the next recipe for soup in a jarwith quinoa:

  • 56 g Quinoa
  • 60 g dried soup greens (carrot, celery, leek, parsley) mixed with 5 g dried jalapeño, 5 g dried garlic, 5 g dried coriander and 30 g walnuts
  • 170g black beans
  • 1 Chilipulver socket
  • 1 tsp beef broth, granules

To prepare it you still need 1 liter of water, 220 g beef, 1/4 teaspoon sugar and 240 ml canned tomatoes. These ingredients do not go into the glass, but are added during preparation.

Preparation:

  1. Pour 1 liter of water into a pot
  2. Cut the beef into small pieces and add it to the pot.
  3. Pour the contents of the jam jar into the pot.
  4. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer the soup over low heat for 90 minutes. If necessary, add hot water.
  5. Add the tomatoes and sugar, season with salt and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Gifts from the kitchen: chicken soup with rice noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp soup greens (celery, leek, carrots, parsley), dried
  • Spice mix of 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon sage, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tsp chicken broth, granules
  • two handfuls of rice noodles
  • a lemon zest, dried (cut the lemon in two, squeeze one half, let the zest dry overnight in a warm place)

To prepare it you need 1 liter of water, 220 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and the juice of half a lemon. These ingredients do not go into the glass, but are added during preparation.

Preparation:

  1. Remove the rice noodles from the jar and set aside.
  2. Pour the water into a pot and bring to the boil
  3. Add the chicken broth and the remaining contents of the jam jar to the water.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken breast and simmer the soup until the meat is cooked through.
  6. Add the rice noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  7. Pour in the lemon juice.

Preparing Italian soup in a glass: recipe with sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 150 g barley pearls
  • 75 g tomatoes, dried but not salted
  • 1 teaspoon onion, freeze-dried, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, dried and chopped
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granules

To prepare it you still need 1 liter of water, 240 g canned tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon sugar and the juice of half a lemon. These ingredients do not go into the glass, but are added during preparation.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the contents of the jam jar into a pot.
  2. Pour in 1 liter of water.
  3. Bring the soup to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and sugar, salt, season with pepper if desired and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

Give the gift of soup in a glass: recipe with split peas and chicken broth

Ingredients:

  • 300 g split peas
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon onion, freeze-dried, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, dried and chopped
  • 1 Lorbeerblatt
  • 1 tsp chicken broth, granules

To prepare it you need 1 liter of water and 100 g of ham, chopped into small pieces. These ingredients do not go into the glass, but are added during preparation.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the contents of the jam jar into a pot
  2. Pour in water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the bay leaf from the soup.
  4. Garnish with the ham.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g root lentils
  • 1 TL Curry powder
  • 200g green lentils
  • 1 teaspoon onion, freeze-dried, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, dried and chopped
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, granules
  • a small red chili, dried

To prepare it you still need 1 liter of water and 400 ml of coconut milk. These ingredients do not go into the glass, but are added during preparation.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the contents of the jam jar into a pot.
  2. Pour in the water and coconut milk.
  3. Bring the soup to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the soup from the heat, season, salt and let cool.

Ingredients:

  • 60 g quail beans
  • 60g green peas
  • 60g black beans
  • 60 g white giant beans
  • 60 g Kidneybohnen
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

The preparation time can vary greatly. As a rule, the older the beans, the longer the cooking time is.

Give tortilla soup in a glass as a gift

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric, ground
  • 1 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 75 g tomatoes, dried
  • 1 teaspoon onion, freeze-dried, chopped
  • 1 TL More, getrocknet
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, dried and chopped

To prepare it you still need 1 liter of chicken broth, 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil, 220 g of chicken meat, cut into finger-thick pieces, salt and pepper, a lime, an avocado and tortilla chips for serving. These ingredients do not go into the glass, but are added during preparation.

Preparation:

  1. Salt the chicken, season with pepper and place in a pot with the vegetable oil
  2. Brown the chicken, add the chicken broth and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the contents of the jam jar to the chicken and simmer for 1 hour. Add hot water if necessary.
  4. Garnish with freshly squeezed lime juice and avocado and serve with tortilla chips.

Spicy winter soup in a glass

Ingredients:

  • 350g black beans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric, ground
  • 1 TL celery seed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granules
  • 1 small red chili pepper, dried

You still need 1 liter of water to prepare it.

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot and add water.
  2. Bring the soup to the boil briefly, reduce the heat and then simmer for 90 minutes.
