- 200g pasta
- 200g water
- 220 g Milch
- 100g cheese
- 100g diced ham or bacon
- 70 g chopped fresh tomatoes or mushrooms (optional)
Water, milk and pastainto the Thermomix deviceand cook for 10 minutes at 90 degrees/level 1. Then add cheese and ham and cook for another 4-5 minutes/90 degrees/level 1. That's it! Serve with a little tomato sauce. This recipe is more than enough for three children.
Bolognese sauce with vegetables
This is the most versatile sauce and always so healthy. You can use different vegetables and the kids would never know it. The recipe is enough to feed a family of 6 people. You could use it for pasta or spaghetti, as a sauce for pizza or as a side dish for mashed potatoes.
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 500 g vegetables of your choice (carrots, celery,sweet potatoes, zucchini, corn, mushrooms)
- 400 – 500 g minced meat
- 1 EL Kill
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth (homemade if possible)
- 120g water
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 150 g tomato paste
- 200g chopped tomatoes
Chop onion and garlic for 5 seconds/speed setting 7. Cook oil and vegetable broth for 3 minutes/100 degrees/speed 1. Add all vegetables and chop for 5 seconds/speed setting 7. Add the minced meat and cook at Varoma temperature for 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and cook for another 20 minutes at 100 degrees plus reverse. If you're adapting the recipe for adults, replace half the water with red wine.
Garlic and herb bread
Start by preparing the garlic and herb butter. Add 500 - 600 g of fresh, chilled cream to the Thermomix bowl and mix using the butterfly mold for 1-3 minutes/speed setting 4. Once the butter is separated, pour off the buttermilk. Strain the milk again with ice-cold water. Add chopped garlic and herbs of your choice and mix with the butter for 30 seconds/speed setting 4.
Ingredients for the bread:
- 450g lukewarm water
- 4 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 750 g Flour
- 5 EL Kill
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add water, yeast, salt, flour and oil to the bowl and mix in Thermomix for 5 seconds/speed 7. Then knead for 2 minutes. Take out the dough and wrap it either in some plastic cling film or in the thermal mat and let it cool for about half an hour until it doubles in size.
Roll the dough onto the thermal mat (approx. 50-60 cm long). If you rub some olive oil on your hands, it won't stick. Spread your garlic herb butter over the dough. You can use a butter knife or spatula for this. Cut strips of dough and make small rolls. Sprinkle a little rock salt and a few herbs on top and bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Bread in traffic light colors
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 Dose Corn
- 2 THE grüner Pesto
- 1/2 root Paprika
- Cheese
The recipe for the dough is the same, only the fillings are different. For the traffic light colors you need red, yellow and green vegetables, but actually you could mix everything!
Mini star cookies
Ingredients:
- 120g sugar
- 240 g Butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 360 g whole wheat flour (or plain flour)
- 40 g chocolate drops or others
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Add the raw sugar to the Thermomix and whiz for 10 seconds at speed 10.09. Mix the butter, vanilla and cream for 30 seconds on speed 06.05. Flour and mix 10 seconds/speed 6. Add chocolate and let knead for 30 seconds.
Cookies with Nutella
Ingredients:
- 125 g Butter
- 200g brown sugar
- 1 TL for Van
- 1 No
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 400 g Flour
- Nutella
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. butter, sugar and vanillain den Thermomixand cream for 15 seconds/Speed 08.07. Add the egg and mix for 15 seconds at speed 4/5. Mix the flour and baking powder for 30 seconds/speed 6. Cover the tray with baking paper and roll the dough into small balls. Press your finger in the center to make a hole. Add a small drop of Nutella into each hole. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
