– 3 bars of black chocolate 70%
– ½ can of coconut milk
– ¼ cup sugar
– ¼ cup of strong coffee
– 4 THE Seidentofu

– ¼ cup water
A vegan chocolate cake with tofu is prepared like this: First make the coffee and then let it cool. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. In a blender, mix coconut milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar, wait a minute and then add the rest of the sugar and stir the silken tofu into the mixture. Heat the oven to 325 degrees. In the meantime, very slowly stir the warm (but do not heat!) coffee into the melted chocolate. Very slowly add the coconut milk /spoon per spoon/ to the mixture and stir. Then pour the mixture into a pot. Place the pot in another pot with water and then bake in a preheated oven in a water bath for 20 minutes. The advantage of the chocolate cake for vegans - since there are no eggs in the dough, it is ready much faster. So the perfect dessert if unexpected visitors come over.

After 20 minutes, let the finished cake cool down. Meanwhile, blend the berries in a blender to form a smooth smoothie and then cook in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes (stir again and again). Serve the cake with fresh raspberries and the pureed raspberries.
