A vegetarian recipe for pumpkin cream soup with croutons

– 500 g sweet potatoes
– 500 g pumpkin
– 3 large onions
– 4 to 5 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 bunch of parsley
– 1 tsp Coriander
– 50 g Butter
– 500 ml Sahne
- Salt
– Pfeffer
– 1 cube of chicken bouillon if desired
– Croutons

The preparation

1. Peel the potatoes, onions, garlic and pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

2. Cook potatoes and vegetables in a pot over low heat until soft. As soon as they are ready, remove the pot from the heat and puree the vegetables until creamy.

3. Add butter and salt, stir and let cool slightly.

4. Add cream and stir well.

5. Serve the finished pumpkin cream soup with croutons.
