For apple filling:
- 2 apples, peeled and gutted
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Ice water
- 120 g Apfelbutter
- ½ TL cinnamon
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 The Mehl
For the sprinkles:
- 115 g salty butter
- 100 g white sugar
- 100 g of brown sugar
- 60 g Mehl
- 1 TL pumpkin spice
How to prepare the pumpkin apple cake with sprinkles
- Heat the oven to 175 degrees.
Prepare the dough:
- Put the selected nuts in a blender and crush them to fine flour.
- Add the flour, butter, salt, brown sugar and the cream and mix until a crumbly dough is created.
- Give the water to the tablespoon until a formable dough is formed.
- Flour your work surface and roll out the dough to a window.
- Wrap it into cling film and put it in the freezer for about half an hour.
- Then roll it out again on the floured work surface. The diameter should be large enough to cover a baking pan for pie and edge.
- To simply raise the dough into the mold, you can wrap it around the rolling pin. Then carefully press it into all corners and edges.
- Sting with a fork holes everywhere in the dough.
- Bake for 20 minutes and let the Piefrusted cool down.
This is how the pumpkin filling is made:
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
