Delicious recipe for veggie burgers with sweet potatoes and beans

Ingredients for 8 servings:

For the sweet potato patties:
1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
2 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
400g can of black beans

For the chili-lime mayo:
1/4 Tasse May

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper, wash the sweet potatoes, cut them in half and bake them in the oven for about 30 minutes until they are soft.

Rinse and drain the black beans in a colander.

In the meantime, prepare the chili-lime mayo. Mix the mayo together with the chili sauce and lime juice in a small bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, combine salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, cumin and black pepper and set aside.

Scoop out the flesh of the potatoes around the skin with a spoon. In a large bowl, add the drained beans and cooked sweet potatoes and mash until the consistency is just a little lumpy. So it shouldn't be completely smooth.
