Ingredients:
- A pack of cream cheese in a triangle shape
- Pretzels
- Sultanic
- Dried cranberries
Preparation:
- Press a pretzel into the back left and right corners of the cheese.
- Press sultanas into the cheese as eyes.

Ingredients:
- 3 Spinach Tortillas

Preparation:

- Halve the green olives and position them as eyes.

- For the tortilla chips, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place tortillas on a cutting board and cut out with a cookie cutter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.

Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 90 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- 90 grams of Parmesan, grated
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface and cut out small stars.
- Sprinkle half of the stars with cheddar and place on top with the remaining stars. Press the ends together slightly.
- Sprinkle with egg yolk and then Parmesan and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry
- 200 grams of ham
- 100 Gramm Gouda
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
- wooden skewers
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Soak the wooden skewers briefly in water and set aside.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut 16 strips on the narrow side.
- Also cut the ham into suitable strips.
- Cover strips of puff pastry with ham and then shape it into a snake shape like a Christmas tree.
- Place the Christmas trees on the wooden skewers and place them on the baking tray.
- Cut out small stars from the Gouda.

Funny olive penguins
And here's a great Christmas snack that you'll want to make with the kids! These olive penguins with cream cheese are a fun activity for the holidays and taste incredibly good.
Ingredients:
- 20 pieces of extra-large jumbo olives, black and pitted
- 20 small black olives
- 1 carrot
- 1 root Paprika
- 200 grams of cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon each of paprika and garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Mix cream cheese, paprika and garlic powder in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully cut the large olives lengthwise, but do not cut completely through.
- Stuff the olives with the cream cheese mixture.
- Peel the carrot and cut into 20 slices.
- For the feet, cut a notch into each carrot slice.
- Stick carrot pieces into the middle of the small olives as beaks.
- Place the large olives on the slices with the opening facing forward and place a small olive on top.
- Carefully insert a toothpick through the top of the head to secure the olive penguins.
- Cut the peppers into very thin strips and use them as a scarf.
Russian eggs “Santa Claus”
If your family has been pretty good this year, you can reward them with these fun “Santa Claus” Russian eggs.
Ingredients:
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 120 grams of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 60 grams of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 EL Dijon-Senf
- 50-70 grams of ham, cut into 24 pieces
- 2 roasted peppers, cut into 24 thin strips
- Capers
- 1 teaspoon each of paprika and oregano
- 2 tsp red food coloring
- Some hot water
Preparation:
- Halve the eggs lengthwise, remove the yolks and place in a small bowl.
- Fill a large bowl 1/3 full with hot water and stir in food coloring.
- Dip the narrow end of each egg in it for 10-15 seconds and drain on paper towels, cut side up.
- Mix the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard and spices in a bowl and fill the egg whites with them.
- Place capers for eyes, ham for nose and small pieces of pepper for mouth.
- Pour cream cheese into a piping bag and use it to outline the eyebrows, mustache and beard.
- Refrigerate until serving and your Russian eggs “Santa Claus” are ready.
Christmas Snacks: Melted Snowman Oreo Truffles

Ingredients for 24 pieces:
- 40 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 180 grams of cream cheese, softened
- 340 grams of white chocolate
- 100 grams of vanilla icing
- Food coloring gel in red, yellow and black
- 24 Mini-Oreos
Preparation:
- Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
- Mix crumbled Oreos, cream cheese and vanilla frosting in a large bowl.
- Form 24 small balls and place them on the baking tray.
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes and in the meantime melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
- Dip the Oreo truffles into the white chocolate and decorate with the food coloring gel.
- Place the mini Oreos on top as hats and place the Oreo truffles in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
