Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 Gramm Espressopulver
  • 30 grams of brown sugar
  • 500 ml milk, warmed
  • 60 ml Doppelrahm
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Put the espresso powder, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, pour 150 ml of hot water over it and mix well.
  • Divide between 2 latte glasses and pour the warm milk over them.
  • Beat the cream and a little cinnamon with a hand mixer until stiff and decorate the lattes with it.
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 240 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 450 ml milk
  • 110 grams butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate, chopped finely

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking dish with baking paper.
  • Whisk together the banana, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract in a large bowl with a whisk.
  • Add the wheat flour, sugar and baking powder and stir into a smooth dough.
  • Fold in the chopped chocolate and pour the batter into the baking dish.
  • Top with banana slices or nuts if desired and bake for 20-22 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly and your pancakes are ready to be taken out of the oven!

Banana Panettone Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 Gram Panettone
  • 65 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 3 Owner
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 600 ml milk
  • 4 bananas
  • 150 grams of dates, chopped finely
  • The juice of 3 oranges
  • 150 grams of cream
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 1 EL Whiskey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking dish with baking paper.
  • Whisk together eggs, orange juice and milk in a large bowl.
  • Add 50 grams of butter, 50 grams of sugar, whiskey and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Fold in bananas and dates.
  • Cut the panettone into large pieces and add to the bowl. Mix everything well and pour into the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Heat the remaining sugar with 50 ml water in a small saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
  • Add butter and cream and mix well.

  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a square baking pan with baking paper.
  • Mix bananas, maple syrup, eggs and almond milk in a bowl until well combined.
  • Add oats, baking powder and spices and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking pan and garnish with banana pieces or nuts if desired.
  • Bake for 25 minutes and let cool slightly.

  • 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 45 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and spread it with the butter.
  • Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over it and press it lightly into the butter with your hands.
  • Halve the dough from the long side and cut into 12 strips with a sharp knife.
  • Carefully turn the strips and place them on the baking tray.
  • Bake the cinnamon sticks for 12-14 minutes until golden brown and crispy and enjoy warm!

Hearty Christmas breakfast ideas: Caprese eggs Benedict

Do you prefer it savory? Would you like some caprese eggs? Roasted tomatoes, pesto, mozzarella and poached eggs - perfect for a festive Christmas breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 Owner
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 large ball of mozzarella
  • 50 Gram Pesto
  • Rocket
  • Parmesan

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Cut tomatoes into thick slices and spread with pesto.
  • Sprinkle some parmesan on top and bake for 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, slowly bring the water and vinegar to the boil in a saucepan.
  • Crack the eggs one at a time into small bowls and carefully add them as soon as the water boils.
  • Poach eggs for a total of 3-4 minutes and remove from the water.
  • Cut mozzarella into rings.
  • Arrange the rocket, mozzarella and tomatoes on plates and place the poached eggs on top.
