Delicious baked oatmeal with raspberries

Dessert for breakfast? Why not? This delicious and healthy baked oatmeal looks and tastes just like a delicious cake!

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of oat flakes
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml almond milk (or other, depending on your taste)
  • 1 No
  • 100 grams of raspberries
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon and vanilla (optional)
  • Sweetener of your choice – honey, agave syrup, stevia, xucker

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
  • Briefly beat the almond milk and the egg together with a hand mixer.
  • In another bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and salt until well combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ones. Sweeten everything as desired and put it in a baking pan.
  • Before it goes into the oven, spread some raspberries on top.
  • Bake for about 35-40 minutes.

Of course, you can use any other fruit instead of raspberries. Excellent combinations include apple with cinnamon, with figs or a berry mix.

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of oat flakes
  • 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 200 ml milk of your choice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Mix the oat flakes, salt, flax seeds and cinnamon together well in a bowl.
  • Add the mashed banana and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Baked oatmeals can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days, making them the ultimate meal prep breakfast!

Cinnamon rolls recipe

  • 200 grams of oat flakes
  • 90 grams of peanut butter
  • 3 ripe and mashed bananas

  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and line a baking dish with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter, bananas, milk, honey and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in the oats, cocoa powder and salt and pour into the baking pan.
  • If desired, sprinkle with chocolate drops and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Turn off the oven and leave the oatmeal casserole in it for another 20 minutes.
