Bedroom with bathroom behind glass wall – loft apartment in Tel Aviv

An apartment in the center of Tel Aviv was reconstructed into a loft by BenLavie Design & Architecture. The interiors were designed to be as open as possible, with a large portion of the walls being replaced with glass. The first living level is completely open - eat-in kitchen, lounge andDining area. Internal wooden stairs lead toBedroom with bathroombehind glass wall.

Bedroom with bathroom behind glass wall and open spaces

The total living space was increased from 69 to 91 square meters by combining the areas and optimizing the entire room height. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom, separated from the other room only by a transparent glass surface. The window wall in front of thesleeping areacan be moved out to provide an immediate view of the living room below.

Bedroom with bathroom in minimalist style – gray and white

The modern bathroom is kept simple, in monochrome black and white. Freestanding washing console and bathtub reduce the area to be much more practical. A functional built-in cupboard was built into the wall so that accessories and cosmetics remain behind closed doors and are available at the same time.

Minimalist design and precise execution are evident in this bathroom. The modern sanitary furniture combines wonderfully with the finely laid anthracite gray mosaic tile floor. The herringbone arrangement with white joints create a visual perception of Pepita fabric.

The high-quality wooden floor made from natural wood creates a cozy atmosphere. It radiates warmth and matches the cool look of the clean lines and white walls in the interior.

Bedrooms with bathrooms behind glass walls create a feeling of open spaces

Glass railings make the stairs and the transition to the second floor appear free-standing in the room and very airy. Compartments and additional storage space have been accommodated in the steps, which appear invisible at first glance because the door handles are missing.

The inner staircase is located opposite the entrance, which is separated by a semi-transparent slatted screen. It's a good idea to have an overview of the front door and at the same time a separate entrance area or hallway.

Open kitchen with minimalist design in white

The modern open kitchen with a minimalist design, clear lines and rectangular, angular shapes blends in with the wall color thanks to the matt surface. Discreet lighting and metal accents add additional chic to the interior.

Open space planning and monochrome colors for the kitchen-living room

The upper and lower living levels were designed in a minimalist style, predominantly in white and gray. Small accents such as surfaces and carpets contrast with free, organic shapes.

Living room and dining area with full ceiling height of the modern loft apartment

In the living area there is a spacious corner sofa upholstered in gray fabric. The black fur carpet contrasts with its irregular cut and proportions. A “cozy” zone is formed because of the structure of the fur and upholstery fabric of the couch.

In the open living area, next to the window, a modern dining table with a glass top and four chairs with a curved wooden structure were placed. Opposite is a wall unit with the same dark wood look as the chairs.

Modern spatial planning and open spaces – eat-in kitchen

Taking a beautiful look at the elegant minimalist kitchen-dining room is enough to tip the scales towards “open areas”.
