Rustic chalet-style furnishings in a newly renovated hotel penthouse

Whether private mountain huts or luxurious hotels – the so-called chalet style prevails in the Alpine region. It is characterized by its warm charisma and natural charm and appears rustic and modern at the same time. Today we present the newly renovated penthouse of the Rosa Alpina Hotel in the heart of the Dolomites in Italy. Rustic furnishings with modern elements characterize the interior design, with large windows providing breathtaking views of the mountains.

With a living space of 160 square meters, the penthouse covers the entire upper floor of the hotel. For optimal comfort, guests have a private elevator. The popular alpine cosiness can be felt in every room. Wooden walls, ceilings and floors radiate warmth and luxurious design objects add a modern touch.

The open living space includes a shared living room, dining area and kitchen. Furniture, colors and accessories are in keeping with the chalet style and are paired with a few modern accents. Modern lights and indirect LED lighting refine the interior.

There are a total of three hotel suites in the spacious penthouse, which follow the same design pattern. Exposed wooden beams and slats are paired with high-quality textiles and exude a certain elegance. Instead of bed headboards, the walls behind the beds are upholstered and interpreted as real eye-catchers in the room. The designers chose modern pendant lights and furniture with metallic accents that look elegant in the room and fit perfectly into the rustic interior.

The suites also have a private bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. Here the rustic style comes to the fore again and ensures coziness and a feeling of well-being. Another advantage of the bathrooms are the panoramic windows that look out at the snow-covered mountains in winter. In a bathroom like this you become one with nature.

In one of the suites a little luxury is offered to guests: aprivate Sauna. The small wellness area is also equipped with a window with a panoramic view, so that you can enjoy pure relaxation.
