    • 1 tbsp sugar and ¼ lemon for decoration purposes

    Preparation:

    1. Fill the glass with about two centimeters of water.
    2. Shorten the rosemary sprig to the size of a glass and place it upside down in the middle of the glass. If necessary, fix it with a clothespin so that the branch does not fall over.
    3. Place the jar in the freezer for at least four hours.
    4. Remove the glass from the freezer, rub the rim with a piece of lemon and dip it in sugar.
    5. Fill the glass with your favorite cocktail or long drink, such as gin and tonic.
