Our children should develop well. But how can you support them? We show you 3 tips on how you can promote your offspring.
As parents, we want our children to develop well. It is important that we promote them and support them in their skills. I also had to find out that this is not always so easy, especially as a new mom.
Tips and recommendations came from all sides of how I can best support the child in his development. It was clear to me that children develop at their own pace - and that is a good thing. After all, they are not small robots that you can easily program.
So I implemented what was most important to me. There were 3 tips in the foreground that helped me implement it. I tell you what 3 things that support your babies and toddlers in development.
So you can support your babies in development
You can read here how you can strengthen the language and motor skills of your child.
1. Movement is the be -all and end -all
Children should move a lot from birth. Of course, this is not possible in the first few weeks, but as soon as you start turning, lifting your head or sealing, you should not prevent them from doing so. On the other hand, you should prevent you from sitting in your movement to a limited extent over a longer period of time in seesaws, car seats or children's high chairs. That can be the so -calledContainer-Baby syndromelead that can negatively influence the cognitive, linguistic and social-emotional development.
So let your children romp, seal, crawl and develop freely in their movement!
2. Talking is gold, silence is silver
Huh? Isn't that wrong? Not with children! Talk to them. Ideally already from birth or even better, even before the birth. Even if you think the little ones understand nothing, talking and communicating is important for your bond.
In addition to speaking, reading and singing is a good way to promote the imagination and creativity of the little ones and their language development. The more words babies and toddlers hear, the more your brain is formed.
3. Better barefoot than with shoes
Let your children run barefoot as much as possible. If you have underfloor heating, you can even do without socks in winter. On the one hand, children have a much better grip, on the other hand it prevents foot misalignment, strengthens the joints and trains the sense of balance.
Barefoot walking is particularly important for child development because there are plenty of nerves in the soles of the feet. These ensure a particularly sensory experience and also promote motor skills.
Important note at the end:The information and tips in this article are only suggestions. Every child is different and reacts in its own way. It is therefore important that you go into your child and find out which way is the best for you.
