What's better than pizza? That's right, our shake pizza, which is also made with high-protein and low-fat ingredients such as grainy cream cheese and is not only low-carb, but also full of healthy nutrients. Sounds almost too good to be true, right?
Simply turn on the oven, combine all the ingredients for the base and mix (or shake in a sealable box), place on the baking tray and bake. You can then optionally top the pizza with the ingredients of your choice and bake it. You've probably never made your own pizza so simply and easily.

Shake pizza – low-carb version with peppers
Shake and Bake: This shake pizza is incredibly quick and easy to prepare. It is also low-carb.
Ingredients for one tray:
For the floor
- 2 Paprika
- 1 onion (red)
- 300 grams of granular cream cheese
- 150 grams of gratin cheese
- 4 Owner (M)
- 30 grams of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon oregano
To prove
- 8 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 100 grams of cheese
- 0.5 Paprika (root)
- 0.5 pepper (yellow)
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 dash of olive oil
And this is how it works:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven). Then prepare the base. To do this, first separate the peppers from the inside and cut them into cubes. Peel the onion and also dice finely.
2. Mix the peppers and onions with all the other ingredients for the base and spread evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put it straight into the oven and take it out again after 20 minutes.
3. In the meantime, prepare the topping. In our case, cut the peppers into strips and wash and sort the arugula.
Now add tomato sauce, cheese, pepper strips, salt and pepper to the finished baked shake pizza base and bake for another 5 minutes. Then sprinkle with a little rocket and a drizzle of olive oil. That's it!
