Recipe for simple milk girl cake
Our milk girl cake recipe does not require any additional sugar. This is already hidden in the sweet condensed milk and the butter cookies. The list of ingredients of the cake is manageable. In total, you only need six ingredients for this ingenious cake.
You need:
- 600 g Butterkse
- 600 ml of whipped cream
- 280 g cream cheese
- 240 g milk girl (sugared condensed milk)
- 4 packets of cream stiff
- Optional: 200 g cake glaze Daring bitter or whole milk
And so easy it is done:
1. Beat the cream for about 40 seconds using a mixer. Add two packets of cream stiff and open everything further.
2. Mix the cream cheese and the milk girl condensed milk with two packets vigorously in a second bowl. Now carefully raise the mass under the cream.
3. Place a baking sheet with baking paper. Now alternately layer butter biscuits and cream on top of each other. The whole thing should end with a layer of cream. If you like, you can distribute some crumbled cookies on this.
4. Then the milk girl cake for at least eight hours (better overnight) in the refrigerator.
5. After four hours you can still brush the cake with glaze. To do this, melt the cake glaze according to the package instructions and cover the cake with it. Afterwards again for four hours of cold stations. Take the cake out of the fridge about 20 minutes before serving. Alternatively, you can simply dust it with powdered sugar or decorate it with fresh fruits.
What is condensed milk anyway?
Basically, condensed milk is nothing more than sugared, thickened milk. The visual consistency arises from the condensation. The milk is removed from the water. The added sugar creates a creamy-buttery caramel that gives the product its unique aroma. Due to this caramel taste, milk girls are so suitable for desserts and pastries.
