Fixed noodle and ham gratin without ready-made bags

The list of ingredients looks pretty long for a super fixed pasta casserole, right? Don't worry, that is huge, because most of them are spices and a few ingredients so that the sauce also gets really tasty. Basically you just have to throw everything together, stir and do it! It takes a minute longer than just pulling a bag on - but it is worth it for this taste.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g of cooked ham
  • 100 g bacon, rolled
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 ml of whipped cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable broth, powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 TL paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of melting cheese
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 2 away
  • a little fresh chives

This is how the preparation succeeds:

1. Cook the pasta in salt water al dente - drain about 3 minutes earlier than specified on the pack. In the meantime, pull off the onion and dice, chop the garlic. Cut the cooked ham into pieces too. Separate the eggs and wash the chives and cut them into small rings.
