Raclette slices: You can make them with this recipe
The raclette slices are quick and easy to prepare. For the recipe you simply use the ingredients that are left over. All you need is some bread, garlic oil and chives. Bread or baguette from the day before is also great for the slices, as it becomes nice and crispy again in the oven.
You need these ingredients:
For 2 people
- 4 slices of bread
- Garlic oil
- Raclette leftovers (corn, tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms)
- chives
- Raclette cheese
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
And this is how the preparation works:
1.Place bread slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with the garlic oil. Alternatively, you can just use regular olive oil or butter.
2.Chop leftover raclette such as tomatoes, zucchini and mushrooms into coarse pieces and spread on the bread slices. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into rolls and spread over the cuts. Also put the raclette cheese on the slices.
3.Place the baking tray with the slices in the preheated oven and in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat. Bake until the cheese has melted and turns golden brown. Serve while still warm. Bon appetit!
