On cold days there is nothing better for me than a warming stew. It is easy to prepare, always succeeds and fills up many hungry mouths - ideal for family and friends.
Here I share a particularly hearty recipe with you: a gourmet pot with spicy minced meat and a good dose of vegetables. This dish is not only a real warmer, but also wonderfully versatile- perfect for cozy autumn and winter evenings!

Recipe for gourmet pot with minced meat
In the gourmet pot there are all sorts of goodies and a lot of healthy vegetables. If you don't like one or more ingredients, you can simply replace or omit them with another vegetable. For example, corn, green beans or chickpeas are also great in the stew.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 2 onion
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 Paprika
- 300 g Kidneybohnen
- 800 g potatoes
- 250 g carrots
- ½ tube of tomato paste
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 2 away
- Salt and pepper
- 1 TL paprika powder noble sweet
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 200 g of melting cheese
- 200 g scene
Preparation:
1. First pull off the onion and cut into fine cubes. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into about 2 cm cubes. Wash the peppers and also dice.
2. Place about 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until it has accepted color and is crumbly. Add the onion cubes and a pinch of salt and steam until glassy. Then squeeze the garlic and fry them very briefly (!).
3. Then add the tomato paste and let it fry briefly, then pour in the broth. Add potatoes, carrots, peppers, kidney beans, the dried thyme, peppers and salt and pepper and add the stew approx.35-40 minutesSimmer at medium level with the lid closed.
4. If the vegetables are nice and soft, add the creamy melting cheese and the cream, stir and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can top the stew in the bowl with a blow. Bon appetit!
