On cold days there is nothing better for me than a warming stew. It's easy to prepare, always works well and fills many hungry mouths - making it ideal for family and friends.

Here I'm sharing a particularly hearty recipe with you: a gourmet pot with spicy minced meat and a good portion of vegetables. This dish is not only a real soul warmer, but also wonderfully versatile - perfect for cozy autumn and winter evenings!

Recipe for gourmet pot with minced meat

The gourmet pot contains all sorts of delicacies and lots of healthy vegetables. If you don't like one or more ingredients, you can simply replace them with another vegetable. For example, corn, green beans or chickpeas also work great in a stew.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500g mixed minced meat
  • 2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 Paprika
  • 300 g Kidneybohnen
  • 800g potatoes
  • 250g carrots
  • ½ tube of tomato paste
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 2 EL Kill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 200g Stage

Preparation:

1. First, peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into approx. 2 cm cubes. Wash the peppers and dice them too.

2. Put about 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot and fry the minced meat until it has taken on color and is crumbly. Add the onion cubes and a pinch of salt and sauté until translucent. Then press in the garlic and fry it very briefly (!).

3. Then add the tomato paste and let it fry briefly, then pour in the broth. Add the potatoes, carrots, peppers, kidney beans, dried thyme, paprika and salt and pepper and simmer the stew for approx.35-40 minutesSimmer over medium heat with the lid closed.

4. Once the vegetables are nice and soft, add the creamy processed cheese and cream, stir and finally season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can top the stew in the bowl with a dollop of sour cream. Bon appetit!
