How to make Easter baskets for Easter with toilet rolls:

  • Flatten the roll.
  • Cut a strip from one side of the roll. Save this as it will become the handle later.
  • Cut the roll four times on one side, at equal distances from each other (e.g. at the folds and then two more times in between).
  • Fold the four resulting tabs inwards, fixing the last one with hot glue.

  • Take the cardboard ring and cut it open anywhere.
  • Apply glue to the outside of the ends and stick them to the inside of the cup you just made.
  • Now you can paint the basket and decorate it as you wish, not only with colors, but also with pompoms, rhinestones, pipe cleaners or whatever else you have on hand.

Cute sheep make crafts for Easter with toilet rolls and cotton wool

Cute animals as Easter decorations are perfect for crafting with children of all ages, but also suitable for adults. Depending on the animal, add cotton wool, feathers or a pom-pom. In our template you will find the heads to print out. But you can also cut them out freehand.

How to make sheep, chicks and Easter bunnies:

  • Print and cut out the faces or make your own using construction paper or cardboard (you can also use another toilet roll for this).
  • Glue the face to one of the two roll openings.
  • Cut out legs and glue them to the bottom of the roll.
  • For a sheep, stick the cotton wool on the toilet roll. You can also simply paint the chick and bunny with paints.
  • Add a feather tail to the chick and a pom-pom to the bunny.
