Preparation:

  1. Place the number template on the puff pastry and cut out with a sharp knife. So that you later cut out each number twice.
  2. Place two numbers on each baking tray, prick them several times with a fork and bake at 200 degrees for 7 minutes. Then place a baking tray on top of the numbers and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. Now prepare the cream: Mix the cream cheese, butter and sugar at high speed with a hand mixer and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Assemble the cake: Pipe dots of cream cheese frosting onto the first numbers. Spread fruit on top and place the last two numbers on top. Spread the remaining cream on top and decorate with fruit. Store the cake in a cool place until serving.
