Autumn is pumpkin time and the pretty fruits can be used to prepare more than just tasty dishes. They are also extremely popular for fall decor, as you know. And while in most cases the classic orange and round ones are used for decoration (especially at Halloween), the butternut seems to fade into the background. It really has great potential if you want to decorate with pumpkin, as we will show you in this article. We have found a few original ideas for pumpkin decorations with butternut that we would like to share with you.
Decorate simply and autumnally with pumpkin
This pumpkin decoration is so wonderfully simple to make, but still looks incredibly beautiful. All you have to do is get a crownto make from leavesor making a wreath out of a branch and then giving the butternut a face. This can easily be recorded with an Edding pen. Decoration with pumpkin – a touch of glamor for autumn with glitter

And you are spoiled for choice when it comes to colors: choose typical autumn colors or create interesting color contrasts instead. You can also paint the pumpkins or leave them in their original color. Either way, the result will be simply enchanting. This is how the pumpkin decoration is made:

Cut off the “head” of the pumpkin and hollow it out. You can now process the pulp further and cook something delicious with it.
