We have some great ideas with which you can set up the garden for children. Ensure special fun, but also relaxation thanks to these funny DIY projects.

Garden for children to play and relax

This small booth can be used for different purposes. On the one hand you can read, play or just relax on the pillow, on the other hand you getKinderThanks to the small table, your own small terrace in the garden for children. There the siblings or friends can keep small coffee warriors.

You also don't need many things or experience with construction projects to implement this idea. Some old pallets and you can get started. You need one (or more, depending on how large the seating area should be) palette for the floor and two more, which you use as walls. A sheet or curtain guarantees shade on hot days.

This Viking tent is a similar idea for the design. You simply build a basic construction from boards and then cover it with any fabric. Keep in mind that the tent must be stowed away on rainy days if you do not use waterproof tent. Also open the tent open so that well ventilation is guaranteed.

Even little girls often like to cook or at least do that. Try your children's imagination by building a small kitchen for you. It will be the perfect play area. Use an old shelf as a base frame, which you expand with a back wall and a little more colorful color. Do not forget pots and plastic dishes.

Building can be so easy! If you want an idea that not only fun, but also stimulates the imagination, this improvised bus is also very suitable. And as you can see, you don't need much again: a tree trunk, some old plastic seat shells and a suitable object as a handlebar. You get a playground for several children.

The sandpit is one of those playing areas that should never be missing. Build it in the form of a sailing boat to make the sandpit even more attractive. Awnings or other arbitrary fabrics also not only imitate the sail, but also protect the child from the strong sun while playing.

You can also spice up every finished play area with some decorative elements to stimulate the imagination even better. Fairytale mushrooms like these are, for example, a really great idea. Your children can also help with the handicrafts. Here you can get the instructions for the decoration:

First get such wooden shells. They have exactly the right shape for the mushroom hats. Of course, you can also experiment with other shapes. You can decide for yourself. After all, this is your personal project. Furthermore, you also need birch branches. These serve as mushroom stems.

You can also get started with the color design. Use any colors. There are no rules here. This is also the part in which the children can participate in order to provide children in the garden for children. Choose a basic color and another for the point pattern that you can apply by dab or with stencils.

You can also play with the size of the mushroom hats. Since they will probably set up the mushrooms in groups, they will look much more authentic in different sizes. First of all, let the hats dry well after painting. Best for at least 24 hours. Better safe than sorry!

Now it continues with adult work. Take a mushroom hat and drill a hole in the middle. This is pre -drilled so that the wood does not burst apart. If the screw is drilled directly, that will certainly happen. Now provide a piece of birch load and the screws.

You also repeat the same with the birch load. Then put any metal rod into this obtained hole, with which you can better fix the fungus in the earth. Since you will not get this stick into the branch by hand, you need a pre -drilled hole that should be a little smaller in diameter than the metal rod.

Insert the rod for the decoration in the garden for children into the pre -drilled hole. For this purpose, use a larger, heavy hammer. If you have completed this, only a few steps until the decoration is completed.

The future mushroom stem should now look like this. The metal rod is later inserted into the ground very easily and without difficulty. This is not only much easier than digging for the branch itself, but also does not ruin her lawn. The fungus also receives a stable position.

Before screwing the screw tight, put the branch below the mushroom hat. They use the screw to connect both elements. For this reason, it should be long enough. Do not pull the screw too tight, otherwise risk the wood.

And the mushroom is already finished! Incidentally, such a mushroom can not only be decorative, but also practical. If you use thick trunks as mushroom stem instead of a relatively thin branch, these mushrooms can also be used perfectly as a stool. So you can design an entire seating area with a table. Let your imagination run wild.

Which child is not fascinated by the mud? Your children can really play with mud without contaminating the whole garden and the terrace if you build a mud kitchen. The children can then limit their game to this area. In this area, also hang sieves, jugs and other accessories from the garden for children.

A particularly simple idea that you can use are these wooden chairs. Your child would like to relax with you from time to time on the terrace, in the garden or at the pool. Design this particularly fun by redesigning and painting old (or even new) chairs in a funny way. Your child receives his very personal piece of furniture.

It is no wonder that swings will always be a favorite game of big and small children! Floating in the air is so much fun! And swings are really not difficult to build yourself. Here you can see a variant in which a hole is hollowed out in a wooden disc and a rope is threaded. A nice, firm knot comes in below and the swing can be hung up.

If you are already relaxing, then right! Build your child's own chaiselong with a suitable size. In addition, there is a side table for the freshly squeezed juice and of course a protective parasol. The upholstery and textiles can be sewn by using a fabric with favorite motifs.
